Olivera’s Mediterranean cuisine offers typical Spanish specialties such as paella or tapas as well as variations with an oriental influence that dates back to the former Moorish dominance and has become part of Majorcan culture. Cooked Moroccan-style lamb shoulder is one of those variations, while the lightly smoked, glazed Wagyu Beef is served with the typical ‘Patatas Bravas’. All baked goods come directly from the hotel’s own bakery. And, of course, we also make our own assortment of pasta.
