Fernando P. Arellano and his team happily share the secrets of their culinary art. A cooking class can be arranged to illustrate their insights into their culinary world and share their know-how.
On offer are topics such as “Tapas Master Class” or the “Burrata show”, where Burrata is produced from local goat milk. Friends of Majorcan specialties are initiated into the mysteries of how a local, typical pastry known as Ensaimada is produced and they can also take the ‘Cooking class of creative cuisine’ where the head chef introduces some extraordinary ideas for them to take home.
