On 12 August 2026, Castell Son Claret invites you to enjoy an open-air gastronomic experience inspired by one of the year's most extraordinary astronomical events.
Set among historic gardens, centuries-old olive trees and the estate's panoramic pool, Eclipse Sunset Experience brings together Mediterranean gastronomy, a traditional Mallorcan BBQ, live show cooking, live music and an atmosphere specially created to accompany the unique transformation of light at sunset.
The combination of gastronomy, live music, lighting and the incomparable natural surroundings of Castell Son Claret will transform this evening into an experience conceived to enjoy, at an unhurried pace, one of the most special summer sunsets in Mallorca.

Set among the historic gardens, centuries-old olive trees and the panoramic pool of Castell Son Claret, this gastronomic experience has been conceived to accompany one of the summer’s most extraordinary sunsets.
Although the Serra de Tramuntana will obscure the direct view of the sun during the eclipse, the evening will offer the opportunity to experience the extraordinary atmosphere and subtle changes in light that this natural phenomenon will cast across the Mediterranean landscape, accompanied by a gastronomic offering created especially for the occasion.
The experience includes a welcome glass of cava, Mediterranean gastronomic stations, a traditional Mallorcan BBQ, live show cooking, a signature cocktail inspired by the eclipse, a selection of wines, cava, beer, soft drinks and mineral water throughout the evening, as well as live music.
