Every dish is born from respect: seasonal ingredients, local producers, and a conscious culinary vision. Our menu celebrates the pure flavors of Mallorca, blending tradition and creativity.

This tasting menu, inspired by the culinary roots of Mallorca, has been created by chef Jordi Cantó (1 Michelin Star 2026). It will be available at Olivera for €75, all included, from March 16 to April 26, or until full capacity is reached.

The menu consists of six courses that pay tribute to local produce and Mallorca’s gastronomic traditions, interpreted with a contemporary approach.

Reservations must be made through ultimahora.es or directly at the restaurant using the QR code.
