Accounts Administrative Assistant to join our team — someone organised, analytical and service-minded, capable of ensuring accurate revenue control while supporting the hotel’s key administrative functions.

Role Summary
The Accounts Administrative Assistant is responsible for the hotel’s daily income audit, ensuring all revenue is accurately recorded and reconciled in coordination with operational departments. The position also provides support across Administration, Human Resources, Accounting and Finance, contributing to the smooth internal operation of the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
1. Income Audit & Revenue Control
- Perform daily income audits across all hotel outlets
- Ensure accurate posting of charges in the PMS and POS and correct import into the ERP
- Investigate discrepancies and coordinate corrections with operational departments
- Carry out daily reconciliations of payments (cash, credit cards, bank transfers, online payments)
2. Accounting & Finance
- Assist with invoice processing, journal entries and monthly closings
- Support bank reconciliations and cash-flow monitoring
- Provide assistance during internal and external audits
- Monitor supplier payments and due dates
3. Human Resources
- Support administrative HR processes and Health & Safety documentation
- Maintain employee records and assist with absence tracking and sick-leave documentation
- Liaise with the external labour consultancy
4. General Administration
- Organise and archive administrative and accounting documentation
- Assist with the preparation and follow-up of budgets and forecasts
- Provide basic support to suppliers and partners
- Maintain internal databases up to date
- Prepare administrative reports for Management and Finance
Ideal Candidate
- Higher vocational training or university degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management or similar
- Previous experience in Income Audit, Accounting Administration or similar roles — ideally in a 5-star or boutique hotel environment
- Knowledge of Opera Cloud, POS systems and ERP platforms (Sage, A3 or similar)
- Strong Excel skills and confidence with digital tools
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of responsibility
- Strong organisational skills, confidentiality and communication abilities
- High level of English
