Castell Son Claret is a luxury hotel located in the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana. With 43 suites and rooms, it offers a true luxury experience combining privacy, gastronomy and nature in Mallorca.

The hotel is part of The Leading Hotels of the World, the prestigious organization that unites some of the best luxury hotels worldwide. The property features two restaurants, Olivera Restaurant and Sa Clastra Restaurant, the latter awarded with a Michelin Star.

We are currently looking for a Guest Relations Agent to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Comply with current regulations, LHW standards and Castell Son Claret internal policies.
• Act as a host for Castell Son Claret ensuring a warm and professional experience for every guest.
• Coordinate guest services and reservations including restaurants, spa, activities and external services.
• Welcome and assist guests during arrival, stay and departure, including VIP guests and groups when required.
• Provide personalized recommendations and organize local experiences.
• Handle guest requests, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Conduct hotel tours and room presentations.
• Maintain service standards according to LQA and hotel guidelines.

Objectives

• Carry out all assigned tasks effectively and efficiently according to Castell Son Claret standards.
• Support the Guest Service Manager in the daily operations of the Guest Services team.
• Be fully familiar with hotel emergency and security procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position.
• Advanced Spanish and English.
• German is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Opera.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Own vehicle required.

The hotel is part of The Leading Hotels of the World, the prestigious organization that brings together some of the best luxury hotels in the world. In addition, it has two restaurants, Olivera Restaurant and Sa Clastra Restaurant, the latter awarded a Michelin star.

We are currently looking to add a Receptionist to our Guest Services team to provide our guests with professional, friendly and efficient service throughout their stay.

Responsibilities

• Comply with current regulations, LHW standards and Castell Son Claret internal policies.
• Ensure at all times the highest level of service and hospitality for all guests.
• Welcome guests and efficiently manage check-in and check-out processes.
• Assist guests with concierge requests, including pre-arrival arrangements and recommendations during their stay.
• Handle internal and external calls professionally following the hotel's standards.
• Respond promptly and effectively to guest comments, requests or incidents.
• Properly follow all operational procedures related to billing, payments and guest registration.

Job objectives

• Carry out all assigned tasks efficiently following Castell Son Claret standards.
• Support the Guest Service Manager and collaborate in the daily operations of the Guest Services team.
• Know and apply the hotel's safety and emergency procedures.
• Maintain the highest standards of service and operational efficiency in all areas of responsibility.

Requirements

Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position within the hotel industry.

Languages

• German, advanced level.
• English, advanced level.
• Spanish, advanced level.

Education

• Other degrees, certifications or training related to hospitality or tourism will be valued.

We are currently looking to add a Bell Attendant to join the Guest Services team and help provide a warm, efficient and professional experience to all our guests.

• Comply with current regulations, LHW standards and Castell Son Claret's internal policies.
• Welcome and assist guests on arrival and departure in accordance with the hotel's service standards.
• Participate in Guest Services team tasks following the instructions set by Management.
• Maintain the area and equipment of your workstation in good condition.
• Escort guests to their rooms and handle luggage transfer.
• Prepare the necessary details for guest arrivals and departures.
• Be familiar with all hotel facilities as well as the different room types.
• Be responsible for the good condition and maintenance of the hotel's buggies.
• Carry out regular rounds of the entrance area and car parks.
• Manage the hotel's bicycles, ensuring they are stored and clean.
• Receive deliveries of materials for the Guest Services department.
• Assist the Guest Service Manager with monthly inventories.
• Handle any guest requests with professionalism and promptness.
• Maintain good communication with the other hotel departments.

• Carry out all assigned tasks efficiently and in an organized manner, following Castell Son Claret standards.
• Care for and maintain the hotel's facilities following the instructions of those in charge.
• Contribute to delivering an excellent service experience in all guest interactions.
