We are currently looking for a Reservation & Sales Agent to join our team.
YOUR ROLE
· Act as the first point of contact for guests reaching out via phone, email or online platforms.
· Convert enquiries into confirmed reservations through excellent communication, product knowledge and personalised service.
· Ensure accurate input and handling of all bookings using Opera Cloud.
· Identify and promote upsell opportunities to enhance the guest journey.
· Coordinate closely with Front Office and Housekeeping to ensure smooth arrivals and room assignments.
· Support group bookings in collaboration with the Sales and Events team.
· Represent Castell Son Claret’s refined tone in all guest interactions.

YOU BRING
· Previous experience in reservations, front office or guest services within the luxury hospitality sector.
· Fluent German and English communication skills (Spanish is a plus).
· Precision, empathy and a passion for high-end service.
· Familiarity with Opera Cloud or similar reservation systems is an advantage.
