On 23 June, Castell Son Claret and Cocineros con Alma invite you to celebrate the arrival of summer with a unique open-air culinary experience set among historic gardens, century-old olive trees and the breathtaking landscape of the Serra de Tramuntana.
Inspired by Mediterranean Midsummer traditions, the evening unfolds as a leisurely journey through a collection of culinary stations, live cooking experiences, Mallorcan wines, signature cocktails and music as the sun sets over the mountains. A celebration designed to showcase the gastronomy, atmosphere and timeless charm of a Mallorcan summer evening.
An experience designed to discover the island through different gastronomic stations inspired by the Mediterranean Sea, traditional Mallorcan cuisine, open-fire cooking and the sweet traditions of Midsummer Night.
The experience includes a welcome glass of cava, a signature St. John's cocktail, Mallorcan wines and beverages served throughout the evening, accompanied by a carefully curated musical atmosphere by Castell Son Claret.
